Refund policy

At Baraka, we are deeply grateful for your trust and patronage. Each garment is individually inspected and carefully prepared before dispatch to ensure it meets our highest standards of quality and presentation.

Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our collections, we operate under a strict no-exchange policy. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Returns 

In the rare occasion in which you may have received a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 days of confirmed delivery to be eligible for review.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unworn and unwashed

  • All original tags must remain attached

  • The item must show no visible stains, scents, damage, or alterations

  • The garment must pass our sanitary and quality inspection

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are strictly non-refundable, as they have already been used to fulfill your order.

To initiate a return request, please complete our Contact Form available on the homepage with the required information, clearly stating the reason for your request or email us at barakaclothing.offical@gmail.com. 

If a Return Does Not Meet Our Standards

If a returned item does not meet our policy criteria including signs of wear, damage, washing, or failure to pass our sanitary inspection the return will be respectfully declined.

You will be notified and given two options. Have the item returned back to you in which the customer is responsible for purchasing a new shipping label for return or authorizing disposal of the item at no additional charge.

Baraka reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website. We encourage customers to review our policies prior to an order.
